Private terrace with parasol, garden furniture, barbecue, and sun loungers.
Access to the owners' heated outdoor swimming pool (from April to the end of September, weather permitting).
Bicycles are available.
On the property, there is one dog, one cat, chickens, and horses.
The horses belong to their owners and are not available for riding.
Access to the cottage is via five steps.
On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living/dining room (TV, DVD player, sofas, including a sofa bed) with a wood-burning stove.
Shower room with walk-in shower (washing machine and dryer), separate WC with washbasin.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) that can be made into a double bed, bathroom with bathtub and WC. - Included in the price: Wi-Fi.
Baby cot, high chair, baby bath, and changing table available upon request. - Extra charges: Electricity, electric heating, and hot water.
Firewood for the wood stove: €5 per basket (first basket free). - Optional services: Bed linen rental (€14 per bed) - Towel rental (€4 per person).
Cleaning fee (€82).
For companies and business trips: Bed linen rental and cleaning fee are mandatory.

Très belle ferme, au contact de la nature.La piscine chauffée est très agréable pour se délasser.Les enfants ont adoré l'espace.Les parents ont aimé la possibilité de promenades, et la proximité de Provins.Les hôtes sont des passionnés avec qui nous avons eu des échanges très intéressants.

C'est la seconde fois que nous séjournons à la ferme du Breuil.Nous avons pu profiter cette fois de la piscine chauffée! les enfants étaient ravis.Le gîte reste très bien entretenu, très bien équipé et fonctionnel.Par ailleurs, très bon contact avec les hôtes

Un gîte très confortable, arrangé avec goût et qui propose tout le nécessaire. Des chambres modulables selon que l'on est couple ou individuel. Très propre, propriétaires très sympa et un cadre très reposant et nature.Je recommande vivement.
