Guests can savour both Piedmont specialties and seafood dishes in a picturesque rural setting. 15 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Stag parties or similar events are allowed. While the hosts do not offer E-bikes directly, they partner with local rental centers.
E-bikes provide a sustainable and active way to explore the Langhe area, combining exercise with the enjoyment of the outdoors.
Guests are advised to book rentals well in advance. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

L'hospitalité de Sergio est très bonne. De plus, l'appartement donne accès à une grande piscine et c'est très agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour quelques jours.

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door Sergio met n lekkere cappuccino en later een wijntje en focaccia geserveerd op ons terrasje.
Het huis heeft n mooi ruim zwembad met prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels. Er is n restaurant waar je lekker kan eten in de prachtige tuin.
Het huisje is klein, maar alles is er. Alleen jammer van het slechte bed.
