This seaside holiday home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8: Property layout – Ground floor: - Open living kitchen with all mod con, dining and living area with wood burning stove and TV - Bedroom 1: king-size ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: king-size sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with bath and over-bath shower, WC and hand basin Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 3: king-size sleeping 2 - Bedroom 4: king-size sleeping 2 - WC Parking available.
The desk space and the WIFI are provided at the property.
Enclosed garden with garden furniture available.
The tennis courts onsite have been resurfaced and are now available to our guests. Local Area & Tourist Attractions Brittas Bay has been awarded the ‘European Union Blue Flag several times.
This beautiful 5km stretch of sand and sand dunes, is designated as a Special Area of Conservation.
Close by is D Store Daybreak which is open all year around or Excell Stop & Shop/BB Mini Market which is open during the summer months.
Bay Cafe is a well-known café located beside D Store, this popular café serves delicious homemade dishes and sells fresh sourdough bread daily.
Things to do in the local area: - Golfing in The European Club (World class links course designed by Pat Ruddy), the Wicklow Golf Club, Druids Glen, Powerscourt Golf Club or Woodenbridge Golf Club. - Walking the Wicklow Way - Wicklow Bowl & Kidzone: a great way of spending a rainy day with family & friends. - Beyond the trees Avondale - Monastic site of Glendalough - Greenan Farm Museum & Maze - Powerscourt House & Gardens - Mount Usher Gardens - Splash Valley in Hidden Valley Holiday Park - Clara Lara Fun Park IMPORTANT NOTES1.
Heating and Electricity: Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply.
If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown.
If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.
If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways: • Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager.
Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property. • Pay As You Go electricity meter.
The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.

Parking is right beside the house.
