Cozy apartment of about 80 sqm, structured on two levels, perfect for 4 people, located on the ground floor of a building (presence of external steps and internal stairs).
The property is located in a strategic area, a few minutes away from the Famagosta M2 Metro, in an area full of services and well connected to the city center.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, peninsula with stools, coffee machine, kettle, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils), sofa and TV;
- BEDROOM I with two single beds and structure with doors for clothing;
- BEDROOM II (not also acoustically isolated from the other rooms of the house) with double bed and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM I with shower box cubicle, sink and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket wifi MAXIMUM 250 GB/MONTH, air conditioning (split in the bedroom, living room and mezzanine), independent heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), first aid kit, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.

- There are several steps and stairs inside the house; be careful if traveling with children.
- The mezzanine double bedroom is NOT soundproofed from the other rooms in the house.
