Cozy studio apartment perfect for 2 people, located in the quiet Mazzini neighborhood, in a quiet and private internal street. The accommodation has a small balcony with a table perfect for relaxing moments. The area is residential and well served by shops, supermarkets and conveniences of all kinds. A few steps away is the Mazzini / Pontelungo train stop, which allows you to quickly reach the center of Bologna and the central station.


The 40 sqm studio is located on the first floor of a building that used to house a Maserati workshop, NOT equipped with a lift: there are 15 steps before accessing the door.


The internal space is composed as follows
- KITCHENETTE equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, traditional oven and kettle

- LIVING/NIGHT AREA with dining table, double sofa bed, wardrobe, split A/C and smart TV

N.B.: The keys to the front door are located in a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided upon check-in.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 -6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Bologna Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.


NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

The public transport stop is just a two-minute walk from the apartment, making the neighborhood extremely well connected and easily accessible, while remaining just outside the historic center of Bologna. All essential services are within easy reach: bars, supermarkets and pharmacies are within 350 meters.


- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: you can reach the apartment by regional train to Bologna Mazzini station, 100 meters from the accommodation.


- FROM BOLOGNA AIRPORT: you can reach the accommodation via Marconi Express service to the central station and from there by regional train to Bologna Mazzini station, 100 meters from the accommodation.


- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. ATTENTION: it is forbidden to park in the condominium area. Parking on the street on blue lines is subject to charges.
