The 100 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 and a single folding bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 8 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, and washing machine.
A cot and high chair are also available.
The accommodation does not offer air conditioning. Outside, you'll find a fenced seasonal pool (open May–September, dates may vary depending on weather), a garden, two covered terraces, and a barbecue—perfect for relaxing and enjoying time outdoors.
The location is ideal for nature lovers and hikers, with easy access to scenic trails. There is one parking space on the property and free street parking.
Up to 2 pets are allowed.
Smoking and parties or events are not permitted. The property provides guidelines for proper waste separation, with further information available on site.
The house is heated with a pellet stove, ensuring a cozy and sustainable environment.
One 15 kg bag of pellets per day is included; additional bags are available for an extra charge.

The house met our needs in every way. Our dogs loved the fenced garden, so it was safe.
Car needed as access to both coast and mountains. We enjoyed days out to Pisa, La Spezia, Lerici and beautiful Barga. We highly recommend.
A confident driver needed, roads are narrow and winding to house. But well worth it when you get there.

Proprietari super cordiali, casa bellissima ed arredata con gusto, wifi davvero funzionante (a differenza di tante altre case dove siamo stati), piscina bellissima e sempre pulitissima.
Casa immersa nel verde in ambiente piuttosto silenzioso, ideale per godersi una vacanza in pieno relax!

Huis van alle gemakken voorzien, goed uitgeruste keuken en een heerlijke douche. Mooie ruime tuin met omheind zwembad, wat erg fijn is voor de kinderen. In de tuin vind je altijd wel een plekje met zon of juist schaduw. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en behulpzame gastvrouw.
