Beautiful apartment in a modern building, newly furnished, with a private entrance, large windows, and wonderful views of nature.
Access is via stairs.
The 38 sqm apartment features one bedroom with a double bed. The living area includes a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed for up to two people.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove with four burners, and a microwave.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.
A lovely terrace offers views of Heiligenberg Castle and the Salem Valley.
Please note that only guests aged 12 and older may stay. The property is located in the Überlingen district of Lipperstreute, about 8 km from Überlingen and Lake Constance, in a quiet rural setting.
The nearest grocery stores are about 5 to 8 km away.
There are three excellent restaurants in the village, two of which are within walking distance.
You will find many leisure activities nearby, such as cycling, hiking, thermal and leisure baths, or museums.
The Friedrichshafen trade fair is only 32 km away and can be reached by bus and train.
Buses take you to nearby towns like Überlingen, Meersburg, or Pfullendorf; stops are about a five-minute walk away.
From Überlingen or Salem, you can also take the train to Friedrichshafen.

Alles hat uns gefallen. Die Wohnung (Herr Keller hat sie für uns schön gekühlt, denn es war zu unserem Reisezeitraum sehr heiß), die Familie Keller. Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Vielen lieben Dank für den äußerst angenehmen Aufenthalt

Das Haus bzw.die Wohnung war super schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und liebevoll....Alle Kücheneinrichrungen, Handtücher,, Handseife .. Spülmittel Zucker, Kaffeepads etc.waren vorhanden.
Einzig, uns war der Weg vom Bodensee an die Unterkunft viel zu weit...ca.10 bis 12 km ....
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und so wie auf den Fotos!
