Spacious, comfortable holiday flat with garden. Well equipped kitchenette, one sleeping room with double bed and a big living room with terrace overlooking the garden. Bathroom with shower at groundlevel. A babybed may be provided on demand. Holiday flat only for nonsmokers, no pets are allowed, but for people with allergies the flat meets the requirements. Lake Constance is reachable by foot in a few minutes (400m linear distance), the Lake of Constance bicycle path is almost on your doorstep. Located conveniently in a residential area: bus, train stop "Friedrichshafen Landratsamt" and shops are within easy walking distance, the city center is 2 km away.

Directions
The holiday flat can be reached via the former B31. The flat is located near the "Landratsamt" (district administration), a striking, 8-storeyed, silver building, on the western end of Friedrichshafen. From the Zepplinstraße (former B31) you have to turn into the Windhagerstraße, a small, inconspicuous road that you have to look for between a hedge. After that you turn right at the next street, it's a dead end called Niederholzstraße. At the end of the blind alley you find the number 56. Parking is located directly in front of the house, along the hedge.

Conditions/extras
Please transfer 50% of the total price within 14 days of booking of the total price. You can transfer the remaining amount 7 days before arrival or pay cash on arrival. Up to 30 days before arrival cancellation is free of charge. 30 days to 15 days before arrival 50% of the total of the total price. From 14 days before arrival and in the event of non-arrival or early departure, 90% of the total price will be charged. Please contact contact the host directly for the account details. Check-in is possible from 15-22 hrs. A later check-in can be arranged by personal arrangement. Check-out until 11 am.
