Fantastic surroundings, idyllic country life The "Kaiser" vacation home is located on the edge of the village of Niclasreuth near Aßling in the Ebersberg district.
The house is furnished with high-quality materials and exudes a cozy atmosphere thanks to the reclaimed wood used.
It also offers a terrace with a magnificent view of the Alps and a garden area.

The picturesque village of Niclasreuth is located in the south of the district of Ebersberg, around 28 km east of Munich and is an excellent starting point for Munich and the Chiemgau region with Lake Chiemsee and the Bavarian Alps.
Although the surrounding area is rural, Niclasreuth has excellent connections to Munich, the Chiemgau region with Lake Chiemsee and the Bavarian Alps.
The cultural and trade fair city of Munich as well as the picturesque Chiemgau and the edge of the Alps can be reached in around 30 minutes by car or via the nearby train station in Aßling.
The small town is therefore the perfect starting point for any vacationer who wants to get to know both Munich and rural Bavaria.

Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. :) sogar eine selbstgemachte Marmelade stand zur Begrüßung bereit .
Das Haus ist ein Traum man fühlt sich direkt wie daheim . Es war auch alles sehr sauber und ordentlich . Das Haus ist auch wirklich sehr groß . Wir kommen gerne wieder auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt für ihn standen sogar Näpfe bereit .
