The 2 Aachhorn holiday apartment, 65 sqm with step-free access and furnishings, is located in Bodman-Ludwigshafen and offers a beautiful view of the lake.
The 65 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 5 people.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine and a dryer.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This holiday home features a private balcony where you can relax in the evenings.
The Bodenseeresidenz is located on the outskirts of the village and yet close to all the action.
You can easily reach the town center in no time at all.
You can reach the sports facilities on foot in just a few minutes.
Lido, sports hall, football pitch, tennis court, sports boat harbor or windsurfing nature reserve Ried and forest - all right on the doorstep.
Surrounded by spacious green areas, we created the Bodenseeresidenz, a spacious building with upscale furnishings, during the conversion and renovation of the family home in 2014.
The house meets modern requirements in terms of energy and CO² savings and living comfort.
A lift and maximum accessibility ensure that both young and old feel at home.

Das Haus hatte eine Außenterrasse mit Blick zum Bodensee.In ruhiger Lage trotz des Strandbades vor der Haustür sehr erholsam. Nachts sehr angenehm ruhig.Gastgeber sehr nett ,alles was noch fehlte wurde besorgt.Vielen Dank....bis zum nächsten Mal...
Im Bad braucht man mehr Handtuchhaken . Oder an der Tür eine Hakenleiste wäre sehr hilfreich .Liegehöhe des großen Bettes ist für ältere Menschen leider zu tief.
