Discover our charming vacation apartment, which is centrally yet quietly located - just 2000 meters from the historic old town of Constance with its impressive cathedral and only 3000 meters from the Swiss border.
Ideal for day trips to the flower island of Mainau, historic Meersburg Castle or the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Reichenau, our accommodation offers the perfect base for exploring the picturesque four-country region of Lake Constance.
The town center and the marina are just a 10-15 minute walk away.
The apartment impresses with its stylish furnishings with terra cotta tiled floors and partially exposed sandstone walls.
It comprises a combined living/sleeping area with a comfortable queen-size box-spring bed (140 cm), a kitchenette and an open sleeping area with a single bed (90 cm).
The modern bathroom is equipped with a real glass folding door shower cubicle, suspended WC and washbasin with mirror cabinet.
Our non-smoking apartment offers space for up to 3 people and has fast 50 Mbit internet access as well as bed linen and towels.
The fully equipped single kitchen includes a two-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment and all necessary cooking utensils.
A Tchibo Cafissimo capsule coffee machine, kettle and toaster complete the offer.
Washing machines and tumble dryers are available for shared use in the building.
Two bus stops in the immediate vicinity provide easy access to the historic old town, the main train station and the university.
The nearest bike rental station is just 900 meters away, while restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores are within easy walking distance.

Wichtig war für mich die sehr gute Bus-Anbindung. Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.
Für ältere Menschen ist der Einstieg zur Dusche etwas hoch.
Bushaltestelle sehr nah. Ein sehr guter Inder gleich um die Ecke.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war völlig problemlos mit einer Keybox. Auch der online Check in war sehr gut. Wohnung war angenehm kühl.
In der Wohnung herrscht eine große Feuchtigkeit. Das ist sehr angenehm bei großer Hitze, wie während unseres Aufenthaltes, aber Handtücher trocknen nicht und die Wäsche wirkt klamm. Matratzen zu weich.
Als "Ferienwohnung" ?? allenfalls als Schlafstelle!!

Nur die Sauberkeit! Absolut übertriebene Beschreibung der "Ferienwohnung" im Angebot
Die Ungemütlichkeit der Wohnung und die kühle Atmosphäre.
Meine Frage zu Parkmöglichkeiten wurde überhaupt nicht beantwortet, die waren auch nicht vorhanden bzw weit entfernt. Bin schon am 3. Tag wieder abgereist!
