This 2 bedroom flat combines contemporary and traditional design.
Fully furnished and equipped with all you'll need for a perfect stay, the spacious living area has a large sofa, Smart TV and a dining table that seats 5. There is a coffee machine in the fully equipped kitchen plus a modern tiled bathroom.
Fresh linen, towels, guest toiletries, tea and coffee are provided.
Located in a quiet, residential area of Brighton, a 10 minute walk from the scenic Preston Park. Guests have access to the flat privately for themselves during their stay.
Access details will be provided prior to your arrival. For group bookings all guests must be aged 25 or over.
There are strictly no parties permitted at this property or late night noise. Pets: Allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.
Suitable for: children and infants.
Additional rules: - Please take your shoes off when inside the property - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £50 - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour - There will be a fine of £150 for smoking indoors - Any sign of pets staying in the house will incur additional fees.
