Le plus de cette location à la mer: A moins de 2km du Phare de Chassiron, et du centre-ville de Saint-Denis d'Oléron ( marché, boulangerie, restaurants, tabac/presse). Piste cyclable et mer à 650m de la maison. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur l’agence D’Oléron (quartier Saint Pierre). Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: - Towels : 8.9 €. - Bed linen rental (double bed) : 17.9 €. - Tea towels : 2.9 €. - Bath mat : 3.9 €. Property managed by a professional.
