The house sleeps 6 guests and is the ideal holiday choice for friends or families looking for a comfortable escape. The ground floor consists of a spacious, open-plan living area.
This is furnished with an elegant corner sofa, a dining table for 6 and a well-appointed fitted kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine and fridge/freezer.
Marble stairs lead up to the bedrooms. Guests can enjoy the best of indoor/outdoor living, as French windows in the living space open directly onto a shaded terrace.
This is furnished with a table and chairs for relaxed meals al fresco.
There is also a swing chair and a mini slide for young children.
A short flight of steps leads to a sunbathing area, complete with sun loungers and a parasol. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a TV and an en suite bathroom. Pisa, with its famous leaning tower and impressive cathedral, is only 20 minutes away by car. Whilst the famous walled city of Lucca is only 30 minutes away.
For self-catering, Pisa's daily market (except Sunday) in Piazza Vettovaglie is the best place to find fresh local ingredients to cook at home.
Otherwise, there is a wide range of supermarkets and grocery stores within walking distance of the villa.
The resort of Viareggio (10 minutes) has a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafés to suit all budgets. Pisa International Airport is less than 30 minutes away by car.
