We are delighted to welcome you in our cozy two-room apartment immersed in the greenery of Lignano Pineta, only 150mt from the sea and 300mt from the center.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.
You will find a nice living room with a sofa,a comfortable room with a double bed and a bunk-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a fridge and a freezer and a microwave, a bathroom with a shower box and a lovely terrace where you can enjoy your time during your vacation.
To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.
Wifi access available upon request (paid service).
Uncovered parking space available.
One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.
Extra services not included in the price (optional: upon request and subject to availability): - bed linen: 11eur per person - towel set: 10eur per person - extra cleaning service A bicycle rental service is available at the apartment.
Check in from 17:00 until 19:00.
Check out from 08:00 until 09:00.
Beach service is always included in the price of your stay.

Die Wohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse gut ausgestattet. Nur das Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber vom Vorgänger hinterlassen worden darauf sollte mehr geachtet werden. 1 bis 2 Deckel für die Töpfe wären vom Vorteil gewesen. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz der Wohnung ist nicht für jedes Auto geeignet. VORSICHT.
