• Living Area: Features a TV, a dining corner, a sitting area, and an open kitchen.
• Kitchen: Equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, and a gas stove.
• Bathroom: Includes a shower, toilet, and sink.
• Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, with beds made upon arrival.

Outside:

• Landscaped terrace for outdoor enjoyment.
• Parking space directly at the house (for one car).
• Patio furniture and a garden set to relax and dine outdoors.

Conditions
As of January 1, 2019, business bookings are not permitted.

• A payment terminal is available at reception, and credit cards are accepted.
  
  Please note that €100, €200, and €500 notes are not accepted in the park.
• Please always include your reservation number in any correspondence.
• The security deposit must be paid upon arrival via direct debit only.
• Bed linen for the child's bed is not provided.
  
  We kindly ask you to bring your own.
• Renting bed linen is mandatory, and the bed-making service is included.
• For stays longer than one week, a waste disposal fee of €3 per additional week (or part thereof) must be paid on-site.
• We are not responsible for lost belongings, property damage, or personal injuries during your stay in the park.
• Pets are welcome but must be requested in advance, as not all accommodations are pet-friendly.
  
  A maximum of two pets is allowed.
• Cats are not permitted in the accommodations.
• Some houses of this type may offer additional features.
  
  When booking, you can select these extras for a one-time preferred/essential fee of €25.
• Late check-out (until 4 p.m.) is available upon request for a fee of €50.
  
  This must be arranged with the park reception.
• You can bring your towels and kitchen linens or rent them at the park (rental can be specified during booking).
• Free WiFi is available for up to 4 devices.
