The White Residence holiday apartment is located in Riva del Garda, in a very central position just a few meters from Lake Garda, with mountain views.
The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, as well as an additional toilet, and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located in a modern building with a lift and step-free access.
However, please note that the second bedroom is located on an upper level within the apartment, accessible via a rather steep and narrow internal staircase.
For this reason, it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or walking difficulties. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine and a baby crib available on request. In the surrounding area you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, sports shops, bike rentals, surf schools and a tennis court reachable in 15 minutes on foot. A private parking space and a garage parking space are included in your stay. A convenient self check-in system is available. Important note: Pets are not allowed.
