This villa is situated about 4 km far from Ronda and 400 m from the town of Arriate.
It is surrounded by the typical trees and shrubs that grow in the area of "Serranía de Ronda". Here you will find yourself far away from the daily rush and you will be able to enjoy both the peace and privacy you are looking for. The house consists of three bedrooms, two with a double bed each, the third one with two bunk beds.
There are two big living areas and it is equipped with a stove, AC, oven, electric heaters, and so on. In the outside area, you will find a huge private swimming pool with a sun terrace, in addition to a second, 50-cm deep swimming pool, where your children will be able to have fun without risks.
There is also a barbecue, a ping-pong table and enormous terraces, where you can have dinner together with your beloved ones while enjoying the views over the Sierra.
Furthermore, there is a grass area with sun loungers and a swing for the kids. If you are an animal lover, you would certainly want to visit a small henhouse. The access to the house is characterised by 200 m of a half-paved way.

Un très agréable séjour passé chez Juan Manuel. Toutes la famille a apprécié la tranquillité de l'emplacement de la maison, sa cuisine d'été et son très beau jardin. La localisation nous a permis de visiter les villages blancs et de faire de belles balades. Nous reviendrons également la gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre hôte. Nous recommandons très chaudement cette location !

C’est passer trop vite l’intérieur et l’extérieur de la villa étais agréable et confortable
La villa est magnifique les oliviers les arbres fruitiers les palmiers la fontaine la vue des montagnes et un coucher du soleil magnifique ❤️❤️❤️

We had a great time. The garden and pool areas were lovely and well equipped with plenty of seating and games. The owner was very kind, helpful and accommodating. We especially loved the sun room with it's beautiful view of the mountains. There wasn't much space to store food in the kitchen cupboard...
