Fun and Simple 1 bedroom unit.

The unit has a queen size bed and two sofa-beds, if you utilize the sofa beds you will not have a living room as the sofas in the living room are the sofa beds (please review pictures).

It has a kitchennete with a vintage stove and vintage refrigerator.
It is stocked with a coffee maker, a toaster oven, and basic cooking utensils but does not have any additional appliances.
Some things to keep in mind: This unit is a "sink in unit", meaning you have to walk narrow downstairs and the windows are small and are at street level as you will see in the pictures.
Most NYC limestone houses, windows are located in the front and back of the unit.
So, natural light is limited during the day.
The entrance to the unit is down a narrow stairway.
As such, the apartment is not recommended for guests with limited mobility.
This is a simple unit that its nice and fun must it's mostly for people that plan to spend most of the day outside.
Please note this a a great unit, its fun its simple.
We are not a luxury destination.
CANCELLATION POLICY Our payment processing company, STRIPE, charges us 5% on every transaction.
As a result, we will not reimburse said fee if you choose to cancel.
If you wish to modify your reservation, please reach us to us directly and we can work with you to make the necessary adjustments. - Non-reimbursable: 5% payment service processing fee for all reservations. - Full refund minus 5% payment service processing fee for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. - 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. - No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

The beds are well distributed, it has a large wardrobe and closet to store all our clothes.
The mattresses on the 3 beds are comfortable and you sleep pleasantly.
The refrigerator is big, the bathroom is spacious.
The entrance to the house, stairs and hallways were dirty and had many mosquitoes.
The air conditioning does not cool the main room. It was a hot days with temperatures over 35 degrees Celsius. I couldn't use the oven because I didn't know how to turn it on; it's gas and old.
The oven was dirty and the cutlery too.
