Accommodation description
A few minutes' drive from the top ski and hiking area Nassfeld, this beautiful chalet built from massive tree trunks is located amidst nature.
You will stay in the village among locals and some farms.
Located on a small-scale holiday park, the chalet offers peace and privacy and here you can enjoy both winter and summer.
The lovely terrace and the space around the chalets, makes this the ideal location for your holiday The Millennium Express, Austria's longest gondola, can be found 3 km from this chalet, which faces south.
In winter you will enjoy snow-sure slopes and in summer the Mediterranean climate Carinthia has to offer.
This region is easy to reach on accessible main roads, so no difficult mountain passes to drive.
Ideal for the active winter sportsman, the hiker the sun worshipper and anyone who loves nature and tranquillity.
Summers here are warm with balmy summer evenings.
The Presseggersee lake is a 15-minute drive away.
In summer, relax here by the lake and in the water with temperatures of up to 28 degrees, but also the many activities make this a fantastic region for your holiday.
In winter, the region offers everything you need to enjoy the snow, sun and fun in the top ski resort Nassfeld with its more than 110 kilometres of slopes.
The ski bus stops on the main road near the park and drops you off at the entrance to the gondola lift.
There is also a spacious car park, where a little train will take you up to the entrance Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.
Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. Keine gute Beleuchtung in Schlafzimmern, man findet bei Licht im Kasten nichts. Kein Leselicht in Kinderzimmer, 5 Heferl für 6 Leute, Bad nicht absperrbar, kein Waschbecken auf Toilette, wenn jemand im Bad duscht, muss man in der Küche Hände waschen, schlechte Aussicht Lage gegenüber einem Bauhof, furchtbar unpraktisches kleines Vorzimmer für 6 Personen, mit Skigewandt und Schuhen unmöglich

Ligt in een prachtig gebied waar heel veel activiteiten te ondernemen zijn. Zowel met jonge kinderen als met tieners.
Wel goed om te weten dat het huis direct tegenover een boerenbedrijf ligt, waar de hele dag door gewerkt wordt. Tractors etc rijden af en aan.
Ook moet je voor sommige activiteiten ...

Das Hotel liegt in einer schönen Gegend mit vielen Aktivitäten zu tun. Sowohl mit kleinen Kindern als auch mit Teenagern. Gut zu wissen ist allerdings, dass das Haus direkt gegenüber einem Bauernhof liegt, auf dem den ganzen Tag gearbeitet wird. Traktoren etc. fahren rein und raus. Für manche Aktivi...
