This three-bedroom farmhouse is located in a quiet neighbourhood with on-street parking, and nearby amenities. This home is only 4-minutes walk away from Xaghra's village square where there is a varied selection of restaurants and bars. A short distance away are the Megalithic temples of Ggantija.
Nearby sights include Xerri's Grotto, Ninu's Cave, Calypso Cave, Ta’ Kola Windmill, the Museum of Toys, and the nearest sandy beach of Ramla Bay which is just a 9-minute drive away.
The house is built in traditional limestone and includes architectural features which add charm and character. It is split across two floors, and it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with ease. With a living and dining area, kitchen overlooking the outdoor pool and BBQ area, this farmhouse is an ideal place to relax, de-stress and recharge.
At ground floor level, one finds a spacious living area, kitchen, and a dining area. The kitchen area is equipped with air conditioning, and a bathroom is located at ground floor level. The kitchen/dining area overlooks an outdoor swimming pool. The outdoor area includes a shaded area which provides our guests with the possibility of comfortable al fresco dining, and also includes a BBQ, loungers and chairs.
A lovely curved stone staircase leads to the first floor, which has three bedrooms. There are 2 double rooms, and a twin room. Two of these bedrooms lead to a spacious and sunny terrace overlooking the outdoor swimming pool. One of the bedrooms leads onto a separate terrace overlooking the street. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, fans and air-conditioning, for both cold air and heat. Air-conditioning is included in the price. All bedrooms could easily accommodate a cot, if required. Wi-Fi is available throughout.
All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, and extra pillows and blankets will be provided. Guests will also be provided with 3 large bathroom towels, 3 medium bathroom towels, 3 face cloths and 2 pool towels per person. For bookings of 10 nights and over, we will offer you free maid service, replacement of bed linen and towels every week.
