Die Lage des Hauses, ruhig und vieles Fußläufig erreichbar! Die Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. Wohn/Essbereich, große Schlafräume, zum Teil Fliegengitter. Gasgrill inkl. Gas.
- überfüllte Mülltonnen ( wurden nach Rücksprache teilw. geleert 👍)
-Defekte (lose Schweißnähte) Terrassenstühle
-stark zerrissenes Hollywoodschaukeldach
-Terrassenüberdachung praktisch aber grenzwertig ( u.a. Baustütze)
-Küche praktisch aber wenig Einladend, z.T. auch schmutzig

Viel Platz, gute Lage
Leider haben wohl die Vormieter ziemlich viel Schmutz hinterlassen, vor allem die Elektrogeräte in der Küche sahen nicht gerade einladend aus. Ausserdem vermisste man so einiges an Küchenutensilien (Eierbecher, Servierschüsseln, Brotmesser, Mixer oder zumindest Schneebesen). In den Küchen-Schränken ...
