The apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly constructed building at 12 Kutrzeby Street in Szczecin. The property is everything that is advertised.I think it may be made a little “softer”.Very nice “Garden “ area .A very large park directly behind the building with an outdoor gym area and plenty of play area for children ,nice walking paths .Very close to nice market area as well as additional stores in the vicinity .
