This is a very good location (unless you have a car that you need to park). Also a nice place: separate bedroom electric rolling shutters large rooms big windows.
Only thing that comes to mind: we rented the place for two consecutive but separate weeks, so it would be nice to clean the place, provide fresh sheets/towels after the first rental.
