The apartment is a welcoming and comfortable refuge, perfect for those looking for an active holiday in nature. The space The accommodation is located on the second and top floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift.
We also point out that the apartment is on two levels and there are internal stairs. The internal space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with hob, fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), dining table, TV; - BEDROOM I with double bed and a wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with two bunk beds and a wardrobe - BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, dryer, sink, bidet and toilet. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, clothes rack and hairdryer. 2 private covered parking spaces available for guests. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost: - 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00.
