The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Saint-Jean-de-la-Rivière offers this charming 47 m² duplex apartment on the seafront, a stone's throw from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 26 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 26 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC
- Shower room
Second floor:
- On the landing, a sofa bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- An 9 m² sea-view balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-la-Rivière, in a very pleasant environment not overlooked. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot. Public parking is also available 100m away.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Valognes station 35 minutes away.

- Bed linen included, towels are not included for stays of less than a week and can be supplied on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner.
