Welcome to L’Enclos, a single-storey holiday home of 124 m² located in Savignac-les-Églises, in the heart of the Périgord.
With 3 bedrooms, it accommodates up to 6 people and offers all the comfort you need for a stay with family or friends. You will find a bright living room, a friendly dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a laundry area with washing machine, and a private covered terrace with barbecue.
Reversible air conditioning, television, and high-speed Wi-Fi are also at your disposal. Outside, you can enjoy a secure shared pool (11×5 m, open April to October, weather permitting) with a beach area, a large garden with trees, a pétanque court, a children’s playground, a ping-pong table, and a private garage. Bed linen and towels: not included.
Duvets and pillows are provided; please bring your own linen or book a kit on site (available for an extra charge). Final cleaning: not included, to be done by you or available as an option (on request). For any questions or details, please contact the owners in advance. Important: Events and parties are strictly prohibited.
Groups of young people aged 18 to 25 coming for birthdays or festive weekends will be refused. Nearby: river swimming, hiking trails, and discovery of the Périgord’s treasures (caves, castles, markets, picturesque villages). Located in a complex of 4 gîtes with shared pool, L’Enclos is ideal for a relaxing stay.
Depending on your needs, you can rent this house alone or combine it with the other gîtes for a friendly holiday with several people.
