Location: farm in quiet, idyllic small village with mountain views and small animal husbandry (geese, chickens, ducks, bees, etc.).7 kilometers (5 minutes by car) to the center of Prien am Chiemsee. Ideal for hiking, biking and relaxing. Facilities: the Samerhof offers 2 vacation apartments with 30sqm and 60sqm on the 1st floor with circulation balcony. Special features: Barbecue facilities, lawn for sunbathing, seating in the garden, car parking, bicycle storage, bed linen and towels included, no dogs, non-smokers, wifi.

The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of: Persons from 16 years = € 2. Severely disabled persons with 80 to GdB 99% from 16 years = € 1. Children and adolescents 7 up to and including 15 years = 1 €. Severely disabled children and young people with 80 to GdB 99% 7 to incl. 15 years = 0,50 €. Children up to and including 6 years of age | severely disabled persons with GdB 100% and their accompanying persons | business travelers = 0 €.
Arrival Description
Am besten erreichen Sie uns, wenn Sie die Autobahnausfahrt Frasdorf nehmen und dann gerade Richtung Prien/Wildenwart weiterfahren. Am Kreisel in der Nähe von Wildenwart nehmen Sie die letzte Ausfahrt in Richtung Brandenberg/Pfifferloh. Auf dieser Straße bitte nach dem ersten Haus auf der rechten Seite, rechts hochfahren nach Stupfa/Siegharting. Ab der Autobahnausfahrt sind es noch ca. 5-7 Minuten zu uns.

Sehr schöne Lage mitten in der Natur, trotzdem alles gut zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist modern, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet.
