Ardetxal is a 16th-century former Arab mill transformed into a cozy country home, preserving its original charm with thick stone walls and a truly special natural setting.
The estate features large private grounds surrounded by vineyards and forest, with a small stream running through.
It’s a peaceful and unique place, perfect for disconnecting, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors. The house offers 3 bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Amenities include TV, washing machine, and a crib available for little ones. Outside, you’ll find a large private garden exclusively for guests, equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture—ideal for dining outdoors, relaxing, and taking in the views. The property offers a great sense of space and privacy.
Both the house and garden are for your exclusive use. Our independent home is located at the top of the estate; we may be there occasionally but always respect your peace and privacy. Private parking is available on the property, and there is also free street parking.
Up to 2 pets are welcome. For your convenience, we offer easy self check-in. Smoking and events are not allowed inside. Ardetxal is a place to pause, breathe, and enjoy days surrounded by nature, vineyards, and tranquility, in a setting full of character and away from the noise of daily life.

The was no WiFi at the property, but this did not trouble us unduly. We found out most things for ourselves, and Maialen always answered any queries promptly, but some local recommendations for places to eat etc could be useful.
