The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine.
This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning.
This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.
The apartment is situated approx. 10 minutes from QC Terme and a 15-minute drive from Courmayeur and the Skyway Monte Bianco (Monte Blanc). The La Thuile and Courmayeur ski areas are 20 minutes away.
Main services are a 10-minute walk away, and there are walking routes starting directly from the property.
Public transport links are within walking distance.
A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.
Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is allowed (for a fee). Smoking is not permitted on this property.
