The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services as well as a fan. In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. A baby cot is also available.
This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation. The property offers an excellent location close to the forest, the Alps, swimming lakes, a playground and several cycling and hiking trails.
Furthermore, the accommodation is 500 m from Jaudesberg, 11 km from the Andechs Monastery, 12 km from a golf course and 43 km from Munich. A parking space is available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please note that the accommodation is located on the 2nd floor and the building does not have a lift. An electric vehicle charging station is available upon request and for a fee. Die Wohnung hat einen überdachten Balkon, wir konnten auch bei Regen draußen sitzen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Wohnung ist liebevoll ausgestattet und dekoriert. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!
