The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Located in the old town, the property offers a breathtaking view of Stralsund's three large churches.
All sights, including the historic market, the town hall, the harbour, the Ozeaneum and the Maritime Museum, as well as public transport links are within walking distance. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Completed in September 2022, the accommodation is equipped with exclusive furniture.
It is part of a historic 18th century warehouse building, where soap was boiled until the beginning of the 20th century. After booking, please completely fill out the Holidu contact form that will be sent to you by email, including your address.
This will help the host to prepare your stay in the best possible way. A deposit is required upon key handover.
Utility costs (water, gas, and electricity) will be charged based on actual consumption, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the guest within 14 days after departure.
