The apartment boasts a quiet downtown location next to Neumarkt with the Frauenkirche.
All the sights of Dresden's old town and public transport links are within short walking distance.
Other tourist destinations in Dresden and the nearby area, such as the cathedral city of Meissen, Moritzburg Castle, or the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, can be reached quickly by car or public transport.
Underground parking can be booked upon request (for a nightly fee) for vehicles with a maximum size of 5 by 1.75 m and a weight of up to 2.2 tonnes.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war perfekt ganz nah an der Frauenkirche. Die Wohnung war ruhig und die Schlüsselübergabe ganz unkompliziert.

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, in der Vorweihnachtszeit ist man in wenigen Minuten auf dem Striezelmarkt. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch für vier Personen platzmäßig voll ausreichend.
