Ruhige Lage aber schnell am Wasser ca 150 Meter
Bei Ankunft Dreck im Bad ( Haare vom Vorgänger ) unterm Bett Taschentücher und wirklich cm hoher Dreck, Wohnung war größer fotografiert als sie war und dafür das neu war hat nichts richtige gepasst schränke schleife ….. und der Kommunikation mit allen beiden wie Hulido oder Gastgeber dauert ewig man bekommt halt keine Antwort oder erst zu spät ?????
Der Betrieb des Hotels hat durch Instandhaltungsarb. gestört

Das Haus liegt in der Nacht ruhig. Die Wohnung und die Gemeinschaftsanlagen sind gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und gut durchdacht. Die Vermieterin ist gut ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und reagiert sofort auf Anfragen und Fehlermeldungen.
Die ungebremst Lärmbelästung durch 4-tägige Stemm-, Bau- und Kärcherarbeiten des angrenzenden Hotels. Deren Geschäftsleitung denkt nicht an die Belange in der Nachbarschaft.

Lass uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war die Eingangstür war ziemlich laut beim aufmachen und vielleicht als Idee. Man müsste paar Schilder dran bringen, dass die Leute nachts wenn die von der Stadt kommen etwas leiser reinkommen. Ansonsten war alles super
