Built 250 years ago in a traditional style the property benefits from thick stone walls that keep it cool during summertime and warm in the winter.
Situated in one of Veszprém County’s most picturesque villages the property is nestled in a valley bordered by forests.
Nemesvitai kilátó, a wooden viewing tower is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation and offers incredible views of the local area and a newly built children’s playground.
The property enjoys a small kitchen and dining area with terracotta tiled flooring and a wood-beamed ceiling.
The kitchen is fully equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a small dining table.

One of the region's most famous wineries, Laposa Birtok, is a 20-minute drive away and in Szent György-hegy visitors will find 6 different wineries including Gilvesy Winery which focuses on organic farming.
Nearby Lake Balaton (the largest lake in Central Europe) also provides many opportunities for recreational activities including such as swimming, sunbathing boating and fishing.
Szigliget and Midi Strand Beach are both approximately a 15-minute drive away.

There were no wine glasses. It’s a wine region and you recommend suiting the vineyards, but there were no wine glasses. A light in the outside eating area would be a welcome addition and the description of towels was a little misleading. Only one towel per person. We left pepper as there wasn’t any, and at 55 forint it’s something that should have been there perhaps.
