Information about the host
Quietly situated detached house on a sunny south-facing slope surrounded by woods and meadows in the small village of Lüsai.
No shopping facilities directly on site (grocery stores in Fuldera, Tschierv, St. Maria). Good connection (post bus hourly) with public transportation (postauto.ch).
Very beautiful ski tours (Piz Terza), snowshoe hikes, MTB tours (Giro Val Müstair, Val d'Uina) and hikes (Tabladatsch, Valpaschun) are possible directly from the front door.
A high-altitude trail with breathtaking views of the Ortler massif leads from the Ofen Pass over the Champatsch Alp to Lü and on through sparse larch and Swiss stone pine forests to Müstair.
In addition to the excellent snowshoeing, ski touring (Piz Daint, Dora, Turettas, Buffalora, Vallatscha, S-charl), hiking (Lai da Rims, Chazfora, Swiss National Park) and MTB conditions (Goldsee Trail, Tibet Trail, Bocchetta di Forcola, Val Mora, National Park Marathon, Passo Gallo), the Münstertal offers a small ski area (Minschuns) and an excellent range of cross-country ski trails.
Thanks to its snow-sure and sunny altitude from Valchava (1,440 m above sea level) to Minschuns (2,170 m above sea level), perfectly groomed and FIS-homologated trails, the Münstertal has developed into a secret cross-country skiing paradise. The Aventuras cross-country skiing center is located directly below Lüsai in Fuldera. With two snow-sure high trails in Lü and Minschuns with unique panoramic views, it offers 28 varied kilometers of trails (skating and classic).
There is also an ice skating and toboggan run in Tschierv.
Other ski tours (Rojental), MTB and ski areas (St. Moritz, Davos, Livigno, Sulden, Haideralm/Schöneben) in Vinschgau, Engadin and Livigno are less than an hour's drive away, or perhaps a day trip to Meran or Lake Reschen?

Bright, south-facing living/bedroom with double bed, sofa bed (2 persons) and armchair bed.
Kitchenette with electric stove, sink, fridge, Swedish stove.
There is a small terrace on both the west and east sides of the staircase
