The property has four elegant bedrooms: three double bedrooms and a bedroom with two bunk beds and an en suite bathroom , ideal for families or groups.
The villa is completed by three modern bathrooms, all equipped with showers and finished with high quality materials. A bright corridor leads to the large and welcoming living room , designed for moments of relaxation and conviviality, with comfortable sofas, LED TV , dining area and game table.
The fully equipped kitchen also includes a practical breakfast corner, perfect for starting the day in total relaxation. Outside, Villa Elena expresses all its Mediterranean soul through an enchanting garden on two levels , enriched with lemons, tangerines, lush vegetation, an ancient well and a majestic centuries-old pine tree, recognized as the island's natural heritage.
The outdoor spaces are designed to experience Capri in total privacy and comfort, offering outdoor dining areas, lounge areas, deckchairs, a barbecue area and a private jacuzzi , ideal for moments of pure well-being.
A suggestive panoramic tower completes the experience, from which you can admire enchanting views of the island and the sea. The location is truly privileged: in a few minutes on foot you can reach the Piazzetta, the taxi and bus terminals, the boutiques of the historic center, the beautiful bay of Marina Piccola and the port of Marina Grande. Capri is a very special place and Villa Elena was perfect for us; a beautiful villa, amazing views, and a perfect location.
