Step inside our generous 2 bedroom home, featuring a welcoming living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 complete bathrooms & a large terrace overlooking Bucharest and it’s beautiful surroundings.
Our home has been designed for group travellers for both long term stays as well as short.
Here’s an overview of the space: • Living Room & Kitchen Area - Large extendable couch for larger families or friends travelling together. - 55 inch large TV for an immersive experience. - Fully equipped kitchen with all required pans & cooking utensil, large fridge, oven, electric hot stove as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. - AC unit covering the entire room. • Bedroom with private terrace - Comfortable Queen size bed with memory foam mattress. - Luxurious bed linen with 400 thread count, egyptian cotton. - Private desk to get work done. - 43 inch TV for enjoying your favourites directly from the bed. - Storage dressing & private AC unit in room. - Terrace access for enjoying your morning coffee or late night conversations outside. - Private bathroom access, fully equipped with shower and washing machine. • Second Bedroom - Comfortable Queen size bed with memory foam mattress. - Luxurious bed linen with 400 thread count, egyptian cotton. - Private desk to get work done. - 43 inch TV for enjoying your favourites directly from the bed. - Storage dressing & private AC unit in room. - Private bathroom access, fully equipped with shower and all necessary amenities. • Bathrooms - 2x large showers for a comfortable experience. - Clothes washing machine. - Blow dryer and a full range of toiletries offered. • Terrace - Outdoor furniture with comfortable sitting area featuring a wonderful view over Icoanei Park and Bucharest. • Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features both a video doorbell outside of the apartment as well as a noise monitoring system inside helping us prevent any potential disturbances to our neighbours. • We require that each reservation contains the correct number of guests, either staying for the entire length of the stay or part of it.
Penalties may apply otherwise. • We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home, if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space. • Please consider that the apt. features an outdoor terrace, which means that you may encounter bugs or insects. • If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary. • Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID.

Our home is located right in the heart of the city, next to the main boulevard, Gheorghe Magheru and close to the Old Town. Within a 7-minute radius there are over 100 restaurants, clubs and pubs, plus many shops. Walk in the nearby Icoanei Park, a small yet wonderful park to grab some fresh air. Very close to the apartment, at Piata Romana Station, you will find a multitude of ways of transportation. Bus, Taxi, Metro, Bike Rentals and more. More important, you will find that everything is very close, parks, museums & lots of amazing restaurants.
