The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with kingsize bed, a mezzanine floor with an additional single bed, 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. This vacation home features a shared garden for your outdoor relaxation. The property is located 800 m from the coastal line, 850 m from Viareggio train station, 11 km from Forte dei Marmi, 29 km from Lucca, and 35 km from Pisa International Airport.
