North Sea.
The house is simply and tastefully furnished and is very well insulated.
A good choice for holidays throughout the year.

It has large windows with good views of the dunes and wetlands around Ferring, and its rich birdlife. Living room and kitchen are combined to form a spacious, warm and comfortable place to live in, along with friends and family.
The house has a high ceiling a nd wood floors throughout. The house is surrounded by a large terrace which is partly covered and sheltered.
The house has a selection of garden furniture, such as tables and chairs, benches, sun loungers, grill and outdoor fireplace. The living room has a woodburning stove and a heat pump making it easy to warm the house at all times of the year.
There is a colour TV with satellite dish, offering German channels and a limited selection of Danish channels.
There are also DVD, CD players, radio and open internet access. The kitchen is bright and well equipped with a cooker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The house has three bedrooms.
There are 2 double beds and two single beds. (2 x DS, 1 x 2 S).
The double beds can be divided into separate beds. Bathroom: Toilet, shower cabinet, and 2 sinks.
A clothes washer and dryer. 1 Pet is welcome
