Strategically positioned in a beachside area, the house is close to restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, just 100 meters from Oliva Beach and a short walk from the Mediterranean Sea, making it the ideal spot for an unforgettable vacation with family or friends. With an interior layout spread over two floors, the property offers a comfortable design that combines functionality and comfort.
On the lower floor, there is a spacious and bright living-dining room equipped with a TV and a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing moments.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, and juicer, providing everything needed to prepare your favorite meals.
This floor also features a bathroom with a shower and a balcony, perfect for enjoying natural light and fresh air. On the upper floor, the house offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The master bedroom includes a double bed and a cozy atmosphere, while the second bedroom is furnished with a double bunk bed and a single bed, ideal for families with children.
This floor also has a terrace, an excellent space to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Outside, the home is part of a gated community that ensures privacy and security.
Guests can enjoy a communal pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days, and two terraces that invite moments of relaxation under the sun. The property does not allow pets and is particularly suitable for families with children, thanks to its calm and secure environment.

(+) : La ubicación es espectacular,ya que desde las camas escuchas y ves el mar,tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar,si no, la llamas y ella amablemente te lo facilita
(-) : Calidad - precio,creo que es caro,porque al final no estas 7 días,si tienes que entrar a partir de las 17 y salir a las 10

(-) : La ropa de cama de matrimonio pasada, no transpira, mejor si fuese algodón y estuviesen nuevas. Además la funda del colchón no cierra, no cubría buen..
los filtros de la campaña extra Torá los tuve que quitar y fregar bien porque chorreaban grasa.
Creo que la limpieza no se hizo bien a fondo,
