The 100 m² property features a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, fan, and washing machine.
A cot and high chair are available on request. Enjoy your own private outdoor space with a pool (heated by solar panels year-round except July and August), garden, covered and open terraces, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
Please note: as the pool is heated by solar panels, the water may be cold on chilly days. There is a parking space on the property and free street parking is also available.
Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
The property does not have air conditioning.
