Located at the crossroads of the Leyre delta, the Landes de Gascogne forest, and the Arcachon Bay, you will be surrounded by preserved natural beauty. Just a few meters away, you can reach Joigny and Pereire beaches, perfect for swimming and relaxing.
The beaches also offer green spaces, a skate park, and playgrounds for children.
A cycle and pedestrian path 100 meters from the house allows you to easily reach the center of Arcachon or the Mouleau district.
Essential shops such as a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and grocery store are nearby. The house features a private outdoor area with a terrace and small garden, ideal for breakfast in the sun or evening barbecues. Inside, two living rooms await you: one bright with large windows, perfect for gathering with family or friends, and another cozier space for relaxing in front of the TV or reading.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and citrus press.
