Our apartment is located in Laax village about 8 minutes walk from the village center in a 4-family house. The house is situated in an unspoilt, sunny location with a clear view of the Signinagruppe with Piz Riein and Piz Fess.

The suitable equipped 3.5-room apartment is on the ground floor with level exit to the patio, suitable for children. The living / dining room (34sqm) is bright and spacious and has a cozy seating area with fireplace and large windows. The two bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds. The well equipped kitchen has ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer,Nespresso machine etc. The apartment has 2 wet rooms: bathroom with toilet and separate shower room with toilet. A laundry room with tumble dryer can be used. The apartment includes a lockable garage and an additional parking space.Pets are not allowed. Non smoking.
Conditions/extras
Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of terry linen per person are included in the total price, also the visitor's tax.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Direkt neben der Gondel ging es jeden Morgen früh los. Die Unterkunft selber ist kein Luxus, aber bietet alles was wir gebraucht haben
