In unmittelbarer Nähe zum angrenzenden Park und zum Bodensee. Lindau Insel ist fußläufig zu erreichen, so daß man fernab vom Trubel hier Ruhe finden kann. Auf dem Balkon ist bereits am Morgen Sonne, so daß man dort das Frühstück genießen kann.
