The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This holiday apartment offers a private outdoor space with a covered terrace and a barbecue. The property is ideally located only 15 min drive from the center of Freiburg, 30 min from the Black Forest and its fabulous nature, hiking and biking trails, 35 min drive from Colmar (France) and 45 min from Basel (Switzerland). A parking space is available in a garage. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. Schöne Wohnung.
Zentral gelegen nicht weit zu Fuß in die Stadt.
Trotzdem sehr ruig gelegen.
Züge haben uns nicht weiter gestört.
Alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Lage des Objekts war sehr gut. Nur auf den Bildern konnte man mit Chance erkennen, dass es eine souterrain Wohnung ist
Der Vermieter war etwas wortkarg. Schäden wurden nur unzulänglich behoben.

Gesamt sehr schön jedoch roch die Wohnung zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthaltes im Januar etwas feucht.
Der in der Beschreibung zugehörige Parkplatz stand nicht zur Verfügung.
