Part of a country house, the 35 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom (with 140x200 cm and 120x180 cm beds), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, heating, and a washing machine.

A baby cot and high chair are also available. The apartment has a private outdoor space about 50 meters away, set in an olive grove, with a gazebo (5x3 meters), table, and chairs.

The gazebo features a side curtain and mosquito nets; there is no electrical system, but a rechargeable lamp is provided for evening use. The property is just a short walk from a historic villa and its gardens and is surrounded by 5 hectares of private land with olive trees.
