This spacious second-floor apartment is in a family-friendly, beachfront resort and makes a wonderful holiday home.
The apartment sleeps 6 people and has panoramic sea views over the pristine Novalja Bay.
The apartment has a private balcony which runs along the front of the building and can be accessed from the living room and the master bedroom.
The balcony looks over the resort’s swimming pool and out to the sea.
It is furnished with a table and chairs and makes a wonderful dining room for meals al fresco.
Inside the living area is furnished with contemporary pieces.
There is an elegant sofa, with a patterned armchair, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and chairs.
The open-plan kitchen is at the back of the room and is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and american style coffee machine.
In addition to the shared swimming pool (unheated) and sun loungers, which are exclusively for residents’ use, there is also a waterside restaurant on site.
Free mooring for boats is also available on the adjacent quayside.
Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-sized double bed, a dressing table which can be used as a workspace, a wardrobe and French windows which open onto the balcony.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also has a king-sized double bed, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.
Bathrooms Bathroom 1: This independent, marble-tiled, bathroom has a shower, basin and WC.

It is in a quiet spot but not far from many of the activities Pag has to offer.
If you can tear yourself away from the pristine beaches and crystal clear sea, there are hiking and cycling routes around the island, as well as climbing.
Back by the water, visitors can go scuba diving, snorkelling and kayaking around remote coves.
The fishing village of Stara (Old) Novalja (5 minutes) has roots going back thousands of years thanks to its sheltered location and temperate climate.
There are some interesting archaeological sites as well as a variety of excellent restaurants and cafés.
The larger town of Novalja (5 minutes) has an enchanting historic centre, which makes a great spot for an evening stroll before enjoying an aperitif at one of the town’s lovely seafront cafés.
The town has farmers and fish markets where you can pick up the best local produce and freshest catch of the day.
Zadar International Airport is 1 hour 30 minutes away.
