Close to shops and transports, this apartment is a perfect place to visit Montpellier and the area while staying in a peaceful place.
This nice villa, on two levels, consists of a living space of 80 sq. m and includes:
- two sunny terraces, including one giving on a garden with barbecue,
- a large and bright living room,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), upstairs,
- a bedroom with a double bed, upstairs,
- a bedroom with a sofa-bed, downstairs,
- an equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, blender, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher),
- a bathroom with shower downstairs,
- a bathroom with bathtub upstairs,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing equipment, hair dryer, baby bed,
- TV, Wifi and AC.
Cars can be parked inside the house court.

Thanks to the bus located just nearby, it will take you 20 min to join the city center and the beaches are only 15 km away.

Les draps et les serviettes sont un vrai plus afin de limiter les bagages.
La flexibilité des horaires a été un plus.
