One bed-room apartment for 2/4 people (for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults accompanied by 2 children) on the ground floor.
It is composed of a dining room and single sofa bed and a double bedroom.
Both environments have access to this immense courtyard where there is an equipped porch for exclusive use, fantastic for outdoor lunches and dinners.
The accommodation is completed by a bathroom with large walk-in shower and bidet. Services outside the apartment: - equipped porch with sea view; garden furniture; courtyard; barbecue Important Notes: - groups of guys under 21 years of age are not permitted - the rental must be for a maximum of 6 adults + child in the villa, and a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children in the two-room apartment - check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €30.00 must be paid - small pets allowed, with a €30 supplement on cleaning - deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site The information for key collection will be indicated within 48 hours before the arrival date. We inform you that check-in takes place in our offices in Portoferraio. We will contact you within 24 hours of arrival with arrival details.

Casa spaziosa, pulita, con un bello spazio all'aperto per mangiare e rilassarsi. La vicinanza con il mare, la pace e tranquillità del piccolo paese di Sant'Andrea. Il mare meraviglioso e che sa accontentare tutti, scogli per i tuffi, tanti pesci, possibilità di fare snorkeling ma anche sabbia con acqua bassa per i più piccoli
I due lettini aggiuntivi migliorabili. Manca una fontanella esterna per pulire le attrezzature del mare

Si vous recherchez un appartement fonctionnel, très propre et au calme, alors c'est le bon appartement. Très bien situé à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage de Sant'Andrea et Cotoncello. Attention l'annonce indique un lave vaisselle mais il n'y en a pas. Il serait agréable d'avoir des verres à vin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir avec plaisir cet appvaisselmais il
